Zinc is an award-winning marketing and design studio that brings together the creative talents of Peter Maloney and Felicia Zekauskas. The partnership draws on their vast experience in the marketing of luxury residential real estate and corporate branding for such clients as The Related Companies, The Hudson Companies, Salusbury & Company, and Garden Communities.
Peter and Felicia have also written and illustrated over a dozen children’s picture books published by Scholastic and Penguin Putnam including The Magic Hockey Stick and Redbird at Rockefeller Center. Their early-reader counting book One Foot, Two Feet was a Dolly Parton Imagination Library selection. Peter is the creator of Tip and Nub, a comic series that appears on Instagram and Facebook. Their studio in Bergen County, NJ, is always aglow with ideas.
